Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO will oversee the company's financial strategy and operations, including financial planning, preparing and analyzing financial statements, and managing financial reporting. The role involves providing strategic financial insights, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing budgets, and supporting long-term financial growth and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Financial Planning and overall finance management
- Proficiency in preparing, analyzing, and managing Financial Statements
- Analytical Skills to assess financial data and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience with Financial Reporting and ensuring adherence to regulations
- Proven leadership skills, including team management and cross-department collaboration
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA/Chartered Accountant credentials are a plus)
- Solid understanding of the real estate sector is an advantage
