Job Role: Program / Project Manager – Business Operations
Job Description
- Act as the primary point of contact and coordinator across multiple business units and teams.
- Work closely with business leaders to align priorities, track deadlines, and manage expectations.
- Follow up with teams to ensure leadership action items are completed on time.
- Monitor day-to-day business operations and ensure teams follow established SOPs.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend practical process improvements.
- Coordinate with team members across departments in a dotted-line capacity.
- Track timelines and progress across ongoing business initiatives.
- Identify delayed or blocked tasks and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
- Understand different business requirements and prepare clear, professional emails and updates.
- Prepare concise, leadership-ready summaries from complex cross-functional updates.
- Support senior leadership with coordination, execution, and follow-up activities.
- Take ownership of new and unexpected responsibilities as the business grows.

Required Qualifications & Experience
- Experience: 3–6 years in project management, business operations, program management, or a similar cross-functional coordination role.
- Experience in a corporate/business environment such as startups, IT, consulting, services, D2C, or agencies.
- Construction, interiors, or site-based project management experience is not preferred for this role.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong ability to communicate with both peers and senior leadership.
- Proven ability to follow up firmly but professionally with cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and a strong execution-oriented approach.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities.
