We are seeking a highly driven Strategic Projects Associate with 0-1 years of experience for a YC backed DataAI startup, ideally with founding experience in college or investment banking, private equity, quantitative finance, or a high-growth startup internships. You should be comfortable in a fast-paced, demanding environment, ready to work long hours, and have a track record of taking ownership and driving projects to completion. Bonus points if you have a technical degree, founding experience, or have held leadership positions in prominent university clubs.
What you'll do:
- Work closely with the world’s leading AI labs to build next generation datasets to push the boundaries of AI to the limits, directly generating revenue for the company
- Manage teams of experts across a wide variety of professional domains, like finance, software engineering, and law
- Create and execute on sales memos and the development of data samples
- Support the team across various operational initiatives
Who you are:
- 0 - 1 years of experience in fast- paced environments.
- Experience as a leader of an organization at a top- 30 US university, as a founder OR with an internship in IB, PE, consulting, quant, or PM at a reputable company.
- Founded a startup or held leadership in a prominent club.
- Attended a top- tier university for undergrad
- Graduated with STEM degree.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude or has coding ability.
- Demonstrates extreme ownership, agency, and a 'dog in them' mentality.
- Communicates clearly and effectively, both written and verbally.
- Willing to work 12- 16 hours/day, 6 days/week (including a lighter Sunday) in-person in San Francisco.
