What You’ll Own
- End-to-end revenue architecture (SDR → AE → Close → Expansion)
- HubSpot as a system of record — structure, automation, governance
- Clear stage definitions (MQL → SQL → Commit) that actually hold up
- Forecasting that leadership can rely on
- Identifying and removing friction across outbound + sales motion
- Aligning Sales, Marketing, and Finance around a single revenue truth
How You Think
- Signal > noise

- You’re comfortable calling out what’s broken — and fixing it
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of AI, Fintech or even B2B SaaS ownership
- A love of multi-threaded sales cycles
- Proven ownership of CRM architecture and pipeline logic
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity — and imposing structure
- Strong operator mindset: you help define systems, not just report on them
The companies adopting AI agents today (across platforms like ServiceNow, Salesforce, and modern LLM stacks) will define the next decade of enterprise software.
Your job is to ensure our revenue scales with the same precision and control we bring to AI execution.
What We’re
- Looking For 3–7 years in Sales Ops / RevOps / Revenue AnalyticsStrong B2B SaaS background (complex or longer sales cycles preferred)
- Proven experience owning CRM systems and pipeline logic
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
- Clear communicator who can work at founder speed
- Experience supporting high-activity outbound SDR teamsBuilder mindset — you’ve created systems from scratch, not just maintained them
