About Signeasy
Contracts run businesses. We are unlocking the intelligence inside them.
Signeasy began fifteen years ago with a simple idea. Signing should be easy. That idea helped the world go paperless.
But signatures were only the beginning.
Today, the real problem isn’t signing contracts. It’s what happens after.
Across every company, contracts sit scattered across inboxes, shared drives, CLMs, ERPs, and filing systems. They’re static. Forgotten. Underused. And yet, they quietly define revenue, risk, compliance, and growth.
We believe contracts are one of the most powerful and most overlooked sources of truth in a business.
2025 changed everything. While others continued to treat contracts as mere paperwork, we transformed Signeasy into an intelligent, AI‑powered contract management platform – turning static contracts into living, searchable, and insight‑rich systems of record. We shipped major product improvements, achieved key compliance milestones, were featured at Apple’s WWDC, and laid the foundation for what comes next.
2026 will be our biggest year yet. With Intelligent Contract Management as the next chapter of Signeasy, we’re going to market with an AI‑powered contract management platform built for modern teams who expect more than storage, signatures, or status‑quo software.
This is the moment. And this is the team building it. If you want to help shape the future of contracts with us, please read on.
About the Role
AI-GTM Operations Specialist
This is not a “keep the lights on” ops role.
As our AI GTM Operations Manager, you won’t just maintain systems – you’ll design them. You’ll be responsible for building an AI‑first GTM engine around Signeasy: how data flows, how signals are captured, how decisions get made, and how we convert insight into revenue.
You’ll work at the intersection of RevOps, AI, and GTM strategy, building the infrastructure, workflows, dashboards, and outbound lists that help Marketing, Sales, and CS move faster, focus on the right accounts, and win more often.
Your work will directly influence:
- How we define and measure revenue outcomes (trial→paid, pipeline velocity, churn, expansion)
- How our GTM systems across Signeasy are architected, automated, and scaled
- How AI agents, scoring models, dashboards, and outbound lists show up in the daily lives of GTM teams
As we scale, there’s a clear growth path into leading GTM Operations or broader Revenue Operations.
What you’ll do
Design and own AI‑first GTM systems
- Architect and own GTM systems across HubSpot, Apollo, ChurnZero, Clay, and related tools.
- Turn business goals (conversion, velocity, churn) into concrete workflows, rules, experiments, and dashboards.
- Build “always‑on” systems where signals, scoring, routing, and alerts happen automatically, not in spreadsheets.
- Build and maintain clear GTM dashboards and scorecards so leaders can quickly see performance across trials, pipeline, churn, and expansion.
Build the revenue data, CRM, and outbound backbone
- Own HubSpot data architecture, lifecycle stages, and governance as the core GTM database.
- Ensure clean, consistent data across Marketing, Sales, and CS – from first touch to renewal.
- Design and maintain segmentation and audience frameworks that power campaigns, outbound, and lifecycle programs.
- Use tools like Clay and Apollo to build dynamic, AI‑enriched outbound account and contact lists based on ICP, firmographics, technographics, intent, contract triggers, and performance feedback.
Turn AI from assistive to decisive
- Implement AI‑driven lead, account, and health scoring based on intent, product usage, and contract signals.
- Design workflows where AI doesn’t just enrich data, but recommends next best actions for Sales and CS in the tools they live in.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define what “good” looks like for predictive models (conversion, churn, expansion) and continuously improve them.
Elevate CS and customer health
- Evolve health scoring beyond basic usage into richer, contract‑aware signals (renewals, terms, risk, expansion triggers).
- Give CSMs a daily, prioritized view of where to act, why now, and how.
- Make customer health and expansion opportunities visible across the full GTM org.
Run experiments, not just reports
- Define hypotheses, success metrics, and iteration plans for trial scoring, outbound programs, and lifecycle journeys.
- Instrument experiments end‑to‑end and close the loop with clear learnings and decisions.
- Build a culture where systems, not opinions, decide what gets scaled.
Protect focus and automate the rest
- Handle BAU GTM ops requests with clear expectations and SLAs, while protecting time for strategic work.
- Use AI agents and lightweight automations (and when relevant, interns) to offload low‑stakes, repetitive tasks like enrichment, dedupe, list maintenance, and report prep.
- Document systems, create playbooks, and enable teams to self‑serve wherever possible.
AI‑first expectations (Non‑Negotiable)
All roles at Signeasy explicitly require an AI‑first way of working, and this role is no exception.
As an AI GTM Operations Manager, you are expected to actively use, experiment with, and design AI‑powered workflows in your daily work.
You should have experience with (or strong curiosity toward):
AI for GTM data, enrichment, and lists
- Using tools like Clay, Apollo, Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar.
- Building dynamic, enriched outbound lists based on ICP, firmographics, technographics, intent, and contract‑relevant triggers.
AI for scoring, routing, and prioritization
- Designing or operating AI‑assisted lead, account, and health scoring models.
- Building workflows that turn signals (product usage, lifecycle events, contract milestones) into who to talk to, about what, and when.
AI for reporting and decision support
- Automating recurring dashboards, scorecards, and reporting wherever possible, ensuring stakeholders have reliable self‑serve views instead of ad‑hoc asks.
- Surfacing dynamic, context‑aware views for GTM teams (e.g., “this week’s at‑risk accounts”, “top expansion opportunities”, “trial cohorts off‑track”).
AI agents & workflow thinking
- Experimenting with or building lightweight workflow agents that orchestrate multiple tools.
- Thinking in terms of systems and leverage: signal → enrichment → scoring → routing → alerts → action.
- If the phrase “I automated that” excites you more than “I updated that manually”, you’ll feel at home here.
What we’re looking for
- 3–6 years in Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Marketing/Sales/CS Ops, or CRM Operations (B2B SaaS strongly preferred).
- Strong hands‑on experience with HubSpot (objects, workflows, reporting, and integrations).
- Experience managing and integrating GTM tools such as HubSpot, Apollo, ChurnZero, Clay, or similar.
- Solid understanding of SaaS funnels, lifecycle stages, and revenue metrics.
- Demonstrated use of AI in GTM workflows (or clear proof that you learn and adopt new tools fast).
- A systems mindset: you see processes, edge cases, and failure modes before they break.
- Clear, concise communication with the ability to translate complexity into simple, actionable views.
Why this role is special
- You’ll help define how an AI‑first GTM engine around Signeasy works, not just plug into an old one.
- You’ll work on a product and category with real differentiation and momentum in AI‑powered contract management.
- You’ll operate with high ownership and visibility across leadership, Product, Marketing, Sales, and CS.
- You’ll build skills at the frontier of AI‑native RevOps, dashboards, and outbound GTM automation.
- You’ll have a clear path to broader Revenue Operations leadership as we scale.
