Amagi is hiring its first AI-native GTM Engineer to transform how our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams operate - with automation, intelligence, and speed. This role is focused on eliminating manual, repetitive work across Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Leadership by building agents, integrations, and automation that scale revenue with minimal human overhead.

Amagi is hiring its first AI-native GTM Engineer to transform how our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams move faster, operate smarter, and automate anything that slows them down. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automations and workflows that reduce manual effort, improve data flow, and unlock insights across our GTM stack.
Key Responsibilities
1. Automations & Workflow Engineering
Build AI-driven automations for repetitive, time-consuming tasks across RevOps, Sales, and Marketing.
Design and maintain end-to-end workflows using Zapier, Clay, n8n / Make, and other orchestration tools.
Identify automation opportunities proactively by analysing GTM processes.
Ensure workflows are scalable, fail-safe, and maintainable.
2. GTM Systems & Data Integration
Integrate data between GTM tools including HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Clay, and marketing platforms.
Build and maintain Looker dashboards and visualizations for GTM stakeholders.
Use SQL and Python to extract, clean, transform, and analyse data across Databricks and other warehouses.
Maintain clean pipelines and ensure data hygiene across systems.
3. Growth Engineering
Partner with Sales, SDRs, Marketing, and Leadership to create workflows that drive pipeline velocity and revenue impact.
Build operational systems to support ABM, lead scoring, routing, attribution, enrichment, campaign automation, and outreach.
Support rapid experiments - deploying fast and iterating based on performance.
4. RevOps Collaboration
Work with the RevOps team to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
Document workflows, automations, and data flows.
Train the team on newly built GTM systems and best practices.
Mandatory Skills & Technical Requirements
AI-first mindset: ability to apply GenAI / LLMs to optimize workflows and processes.
Advanced proficiency in:
Hands-on experience with:
- SQL (writing and optimizing queries)
- Python (scripts for automation and data tasks)
- Looker (dashboard creation + LookML basics)
- Databricks
- Ability to design efficient workflow architectures and troubleshoot automations.
Good-to-Have
- Basic understanding of HubSpot and Salesforce object models, workflows, and integrations.
- Familiarity with GTM workflows such as lead routing, scoring, ICP matching,
- ABM automation, and pipeline hygiene.
- Experience working with B2B SaaS GTM teams.
