The Company
Dexcom Corporation (NASDAQ DXCM) is a pioneer and global leader in continuous glucose monitoring (CGM). Dexcom began as a small company with a big dream: To forever change how diabetes is managed. To unlock information and insights that drive better health outcomes. Here we are 25 years later, having pioneered an industry. And we're just getting started. We are broadening our vision beyond diabetes to empower people to take control of health. That means personalized, actionable insights aimed at solving important health challenges. To continue what we've started: Improving human health.
We are driven by thousands of ambitious, passionate people worldwide who are willing to fight like warriors to earn the trust of our customers by listening, serving with integrity, thinking big, and being dependable. We've already changed millions of lives and we're ready to change millions more. Our future ambition is to become a leading consumer health technology company while continuing to develop solutions for serious health conditions. We'll get there by constantly reinventing unique biosensing-technology experiences. Though we've come a long way from our small company days, our dreams are bigger than ever. The opportunity to improve health on a global scale stands before us.

Together, we create solutions that make a positive impact on people's lives. Dexcom Canada is seeking a Senior Manager, Product Commercialization and Go-To-Market Strategy to lead business case development, commercialization efforts, and go-to-market strategy for expanding the Dexcom Canada product portfolio. If you thrive in cross-cultural environments and are passionate about scaling impactful technology, we want you on our team. This is an enterprise mandate that will be accountable to the General Manager, under the leadership of the Director, Customer Operations and Inside Sales.
Where You Come In
- Business Case Development: Develop and own the business case for Dexcom’s Canadian product expansion, including market opportunity sizing, financial projections, and regulatory considerations. Present data-driven justifications for investment, outlining revenue forecasts and ROI for the Canadian market entry. Success depends on the capability to forecast accurately, mitigate risks, and influence cross‑functional stakeholders using data‑driven rationale.
- Market Research & Positioning: Drive Canadian market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and strategy. Analyze the Canadian diabetes technology landscape – customer needs, competitor offerings, reimbursement and regulatory environment – and use these insights to shape Dexcom’s market entry approach (messaging, differentiation, pricing)
- Stakeholder Alignment: Build and nurture strong relationships with global and regional stakeholders (e.g. Dexcom’s global product teams, regional commercial leaders, and external partners). Ensure ongoing alignment on priorities, timelines, and success metrics for the Canadian launch. Facilitate regular updates and governance meetings to keep executives informed of GTM readiness, risks, and needs for support.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Create the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for the Canadian launch, partnering with global marketing, regulatory, and commercial teams to ensure alignment with local and global plans. Define launch objectives, market segmentation, distribution plans and value propositions tailored to Canadian customers and healthcare stakeholders.
- Pricing & Commercial Strategy: Develop Canadian-specific pricing and commercial models in collaboration with global teams. Recommend pricing structures and reimbursement strategies that balance market penetration with Dexcom’s financial objectives.
- Financial Acumen: Demonstrate financial literacy, including the ability to interpret key performance drivers, manage budgets, and optimize profitability through disciplined P&L oversight. Strategic decision‑making grounded in long-range financial insight is required to guide resource allocation, assess investment trade‑offs, and ensure sustainable growth.
What Makes You Successful
- Experience in product commercialization, go-to-market strategy, product marketing, or business development – ideally within the healthcare, MedTech, consumer, digital health or pharmaceutical industry. Demonstrated track record of planning and launching new products or market expansions in a regulated environment is essential.
- Strategic & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to develop and execute business strategy – including market analysis, sizing opportunities, building financial models, and defining pricing/market entry strategies. Strong analytical thinking and proficiency with data to drive decisions (e.g. analyzing market research, assessing ROI).
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent project leadership and cross-functional coordination skills. Able to lead diverse teams (marketing, regulatory, operations, sales) without direct authority to achieve common goals. Experience managing complex, interdependent projects or product launches involving multiple stakeholders is required.
- Communication & Influence: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Capable of influencing and collaborating with senior executives and global partners, and of translating between technical product details and high-level business objectives. Strong presentation skills for making a clear, compelling case to diverse audiences.
- Domain Knowledge: Familiarity with the medical device and digital health market; knowledge of diabetes care products is a plus. Understanding of regulatory and market access considerations for healthcare products (e.g. Health Canada approval processes, reimbursement landscape) is highly valued.
- Initiative & Adaptability: Self-motivated and proactive, with a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment. Must be able to handle shifting priorities while keeping the team focused on core objectives.
