Reporting to the Customer Excellence Director, this role plays a vital part in ensuring that Aliaxis’ sales teams are fully supported with training, clear goals/measurement and CRM competence therefore enabling the business to meet customer needs by owning the sales input to the S&OP process. The successful candidate will also be a champion within the CRM system, looking into it wider use to the organisation and adding input to the design and working with the system as appropriate, enabling a process infrastructure for the wider business in which sales can grow.
Key Responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for CRM management and maintenance, including lead generation supplier contracts
- Track the sales funnel metrics and trends
- Lead a team of support personnel
- Communicate and interpret internal and external intelligence from various platforms to guide business decisions and to define and deliver sales productivity
- Managing and maintaining divisional forecasting process’ and tools
- Provide specific analysis and input into the business’ resource planning process
- Define and monitor sales objectives
- Implement and improve sales automation tools
- Oversee training of new and current sales employees in line with Aliaxis capabilities
Requirements
- Background in B2B/ B2B2C sales
- Advanced Microsoft office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Business reporting (PowerBI preferable)
- CRM Configuration (Dynamics preferable)
- Team and people management
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to challenge and influence positively
- Experience in coaching and training
- Proactive approach to change and be innovative in sharing new ideas
- Logical approach to planning and the ability to cope well under pressure
- Full UK driving licence
