Role Overview
We are looking for a data-driven Revenue Operations Analyst to take ownership of our sales ecosystem. This role will act as the custodian of our CRM (Zoho), ensuring data accuracy and integrity across the revenue lifecycle - from lead generation to contract closure.
You will work closely with Sales and Finance teams to generate actionable insights, track performance against targets, and build dashboards that enable strategic decision-making and drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Data Hygiene & CRM Governance
- Conduct regular audits of Zoho CRM to ensure data accuracy across deal stages, contract values, and close dates.
- Enforce standardized data entry protocols across the sales team to maintain consistency and reliability.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities within Zoho CRM to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
Revenue Analysis & Forecasting
- Track and report on key revenue streams including Contracted Revenue, Pipeline Revenue (weighted), and Projected Revenue.
- Monitor individual and team sales performance against targets and highlight gaps or risks.
- Analyze trends in win/loss ratios, sales cycle duration, and deal slippage to inform strategic decisions.
Sales Support & Dashboards
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and reports in Zoho CRM and integrated BI tools for leadership visibility.
- Support ad-hoc reporting requirements for Finance and Sales leadership to enable business planning.
- Drive adoption and effective utilization of Zoho CRM tools within the sales team to improve efficiency and performance.
Background & Experience
- 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
- Strong experience working with CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Exposure to revenue tracking, forecasting, and sales performance analysis.

- Strong understanding of sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting methodologies.
- High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Ability to create clear dashboards and data visualizations for leadership teams.
