Akkodis is seeking a GTM Operations Program Manager for a 9-month contract with a client in Santa Monica, CA 90405, on-site.
Title: GTM Operations Program Manager
Duration: 9-month contract
Location: Santa Monica, CA 90405-Onsite
Pay Range: $60- $65/hr. (The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors)
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations, including asset tagging, availability tracking, and refurbishment processes.
- Coordinate internal and external hardware delivery and shipping requests, ensuring timely and efficient execution aligned with business needs.
- Provide operational guidance and support to key stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Oversee and maintain critical operational processes, including: Sales reporting, Environmental reporting, Outbound courier delivery tracking, and Inbound courier returns tracking
- Handle day-to-day account management of third-party logistics and service providers.
- Collaborate with external partners to forecast capacity requirements across key operational nodes.
- Plan, execute, and track cross-functional programs and GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives, such as logistics planning and product launch enablement.
- Analyze operational and sales data to define KPIs, measure performance, and generate actionable insights.
- Identify process inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions to enhance productivity and data integrity.
- Work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including Product, GSM, Finance, Compliance, Tax, Legal, and IT/Engineering teams, to ensure alignment and execution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, GTM Strategy, Logistics, Business Operations, or a related field within a high-growth technology environment.
- Strong program management skills with demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects.
- Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems such as Salesforce, SAP, or equivalent platforms.
- Advanced analytical skills with hands-on experience in tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive process optimization initiatives.
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, capable of working independently and managing both strategic and operational tasks.
- Flexibility in working hours as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in logistics operations (parcel or freight).
- Understanding of international shipping practices and compliance requirements.
- Experience working with SAP systems.
- A customs broker license or relevant certification is a plus.
