Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned executive search leader to join LeadersEdge as a Partner / Senior Partner – Chief of Sales, with an opportunity to come in as an Investor–Co-founder.
This is a business leadership role, where you will own revenue, build strategic client relationships, and scale a high-value executive search and advisory practice.
Key Responsibilities
🧩 Revenue Ownership & Practice Building
- Own and drive revenue across CXO and senior leadership mandates
- Build and scale a multi-industry executive search practice
- Expand into advisory offerings (succession planning, leadership consulting)
🤝 Client Acquisition & CXO Relationships
- Leverage your network to win high-value mandates from CEOs, CHROs, and promoters
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with senior stakeholders
- Position LeadersEdge as a strategic leadership partner
📈 Strategic Growth
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy across industries
- Identify new sectors, geographies, and growth opportunities
- Drive cross-sell of search and advisory solutions
🧠 Delivery & Quality Oversight
- Guide complex CXO searches and ensure strong closure ratios
- Maintain premium client and candidate experience

- Build and mentor a high-quality consulting and research team

Who You Are
✅ 15–25 years in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring / Advisory
✅ Proven billing track record of ₹5–15 Cr+ annually
✅ Strong relationships with CXOs, Boards, and promoters
✅ Experience in building/scaling a practice or business unit
✅ Strong commercial acumen with P&L ownership
✅ Entrepreneurial mindset with long-term commitment
✅ Open to equity + capital participation (Investor–cofounder model)
