Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned RPO sales leader to join ExoTalent as a Partner / Senior Partner β Chief of Sales, with an opportunity to come in as an InvestorβCo-founder.
This is a revenue ownership role, where you will build and scale the RPO sales engine, win large enterprise mandates, and drive global growth across India and the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities
π§© Revenue Ownership & Sales Strategy
- Own and drive end-to-end RPO sales revenue across geographies
- Build a scalable enterprise sales engine for RPO and talent solutions
- Define GTM strategy across industries and client segments
π€ Enterprise Client Acquisition
- Win large RPO and recruitment outsourcing deals with enterprises
- Build relationships with CHROs, CEOs, and business leaders
- Convert strategic accounts into long-term partnerships
π Market Expansion
- Drive growth across India, Middle East, and new global markets
- Identify high-potential sectors and expansion opportunities
π§ Solution Selling & Positioning
- Position ExoTalent as an AI-led RPO partner, not a traditional vendor
- Sell integrated solutions across RPO, talent mapping, and analytics
