We are looking for a high-energy, execution-driven GTM Head to lead and scale the go-to-market engine from Bangalore.
This is a strategic yet hands-on leadership role where you will own the complete GTM funnel — from defining target customers to driving pipeline, closing deals, and generating revenue. You will work closely with leadership while building and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the end-to-end GTM strategy and execution
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target segments
- Build and scale outbound sales engine using modern prospecting and AI tools
- Generate and manage a consistent, high-quality sales pipeline
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure
- Build, manage, and mentor a team of BDRs and Account Executives
- Establish partnerships with startup ecosystems, investors, and networks
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams on messaging and positioning
- Track and report on pipeline, conversion metrics, and revenue forecasts
Mandatory Skills and Requirements (Must-Have)
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales / GTM / business development
- Strong experience in SaaS, consulting, or international markets
- Proven track record of building and scaling outbound sales engines
- Demonstrated ownership of revenue targets and deal closures
- Experience managing BDR / AE teams in a startup or high-growth environment
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Familiarity with AI-powered sales and prospecting tools
- Strong understanding of global markets (Europe, MENA, Asia, or similar regions)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and execution-focused environment
Good to Have
- Experience working with startups, investors, or international expansion projects
- Exposure to multi-region sales and cross-border business development
- Experience in building GTM playbooks from scratch
