Job Purpose:
Cerberus is seeking an Analyst to join our Sales Operations team which supports the firms Capital Formation efforts. You will assist in drafting analytics/investor responses for the Cerberus fundraising group, participate in the initial creation of fundraising materials. You will support the team and business through the creation of high-quality marketing/sales presentations and provide accurate and thoughtful responses to incoming investor questions, including RFPs, Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and ad-hoc investor requests with respect to fundraising and account maintenance.
The role requires industry and product knowledge, excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills. The successful candidate will liaise closely with multiple business areas and stakeholders to coordinate and manage investor requests while developing a knowledge of Cerberus’ products and strategies.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in the creation of fundraising materials
• Participate with product management and investment teams to market the firms funds and strategies
• Respond to investor requests for information as part of the fundraising process
• Contribute to a structured and organized RFP process that incorporates stakeholder inputs and strict deadlines by writing tailored, persuasive, and high-quality responses to RFPs
• Complete monthly or quarterly recurring DDQs and RFPs for existing investors
• Utilize the firm’s tools and databases as well as collaborate with teams across the organization to craft well positioned and customized responses
• Review and comprehend extensive data sets and synthesize information into concise and relevant points
• Develop a strong knowledge of the firm’s strategies, investment approach and operational/support functions to effectively respond to prospective investor requests
Requirements:
• Spring 2025 graduate of a Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited institution
• Track record of academic success
• Genuine interest in alternatives investing
• Open to a wide range of majors including finance, accounting, economics, marketing, English, communications, and liberal arts programs
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel
• Strong work ethic
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn
• A team player
Compensation:
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00. The base salary offered to the chosen candidate will be commensurate with a candidate’s relevant experience and other qualifications for the position, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and a robust benefits package.
