Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Virtual Chief Financial Officer (VCFO). The VCFO will oversee financial planning, manage financial statements, analyze financial data, and ensure accurate financial reporting. In addition to leading financial strategy, the VCFO will collaborate with internal teams and clients to provide actionable insights and support their fundraising and financial goals. The role also includes ensuring compliance with financial regulations and aligning financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, crafting strategies to optimize budgets and resources.
- In-depth knowledge of Financial Statements and reporting standards to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Strong experience in Finance and Analytical Skills for identifying trends and providing actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Financial Reporting and interpreting complex financial data for key decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and clients effectively.
- Experience in investor relations, fundraising strategies, and stakeholder communication is highly advantageous.
- Qualifies CA or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or a MBA or CPA qualification is preferred.
- Knowledge of global financial regulations and proficiency with financial management software is a plus.
