Role Overview :
The Sales Operations Executive will play a critical role in managing coordination between clinics, sales teams, and stakeholders. The role ensures smooth execution of processes, accurate data management, and timely payout handling.
Key Responsibilities :
Clinic & Sales Coordination: Act as a bridge between clinics and sales teams, ensuring timely updates and smooth case handling.
Payout Management: Handle payouts for external doctors and partners, validate data, and coordinate with finance.
Stakeholder Coordination: Manage communication between clinics, specialists, and external consultants.
Data Management: Maintain and update multiple operational sheets with high accuracy.
Process Monitoring: Track patient journey and ensure SOP adherence. Cross-functional
Collaboration: Work with sales, clinics, finance, and operations teams.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication, attention to detail, proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, multitasking ability, and problem-solving mindset.
KPIs
Data accuracy, payout timeliness, coordination efficiency, reduced delays, and revenue contribution.
