Our client is seeking a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with Treasury, group level consolidation and investment oversight experience. As a key member of the Executive Management team, the CFO will have overall responsibility for planning, executing, managing and controlling all financial and risk / compliance activities. This includes strategic planning, group consolidation and reporting, portfolio management, treasury and stakeholder management. The CFO will also actively interface with the Company's board and senior leaders. He / She will provide strategic financial leadership, oversee the Group's enterprise risk management framework and lead a finance team with strong governance, discipline and service orientation.
Desired Skills and Experience :
- Bachelor of Accountancy or Finance with ACCA, CA, CPA or relevant professional qualification.
- At least 15 years experience in progressively responsible financial leadership roles.
- Previous track record demonstrating financial transformation leadership would be an advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interface and manage senior stakeholders.
- High levels of integrity and comfortable navigating a matrixed environment.
