To be part of the management team, given stewardship to lead the finance team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Serve as strategic business partner to the CEO and shareholders, shaping business strategy, strengthening finance controls, and driving financial planning and key decisions.
- Lead fundraising efforts across the APAC and EU regions, including investor engagement, financial modelling, valuation, and due diligence.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and performance reporting.
- Design scalable finance processes, governance frameworks, and internal controls to support business growth.
- Manage relationships with the board, investors, banks, auditors, and other external stakeholders.
- Advise leadership on profitability, investment decisions, cost optimization, and growth opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, ideally of which 5 years in a CFO or Senior finance leadership role.
- Strong track record in fundraising, with demonstrated experience across international markets.
- Manufacturing industry experience will be a plus.
