Position Summary
We are looking for a Revenue Management & Sales Operations Manager with a regional scope, responsible for driving efficient sales processes, pricing strategies, and revenue growth across multiple markets. This role combines operational excellence with analytical insights to support strategic decision-making and profitability, working closely with sales, finance, supply chain, and regional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Operations Management: Manage daily sales processes, ensuring accurate reporting, performance monitoring, and smooth collaboration with supply chain and other functions. Develop and maintain sales plans for key customers, including volumes, product mix, and profitability.
- Sales Planning & Performance: Support annual and long-term planning, forecasting, and performance tracking. Capture market and customer insights to inform plans and monitor progress against targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve reporting efficiency, and enhance operational effectiveness. Implement standardized processes and guidelines across the organization.
- Data & Insights: Ensure accuracy and integrity of operational data. Provide analytical insights and business reporting to support strategic actions.
- Pricing & Revenue Management: Develop and apply pricing strategies and promotional programs to optimize revenue and ROI. Check results of pricing and promotions and provide recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Your Profile
- Proven leadership and hands-on experience in both pricing strategy and sales execution, in an international corporation.
- Experience managing teams or leading cross-functional projects.
- Ability to set direction, clarify roles, motivate teams, and measure success.
- Strong understanding of business functions including sales, supply chain, finance, and pricing.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Fluent in French and English, with the ability to collaborate across regions and markets; Spanish is an additional asset.
