About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Assistant to support regional sales operations in Frankfurt. This role plays a critical part in driving sales efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making, and supporting pipeline growth across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the frontline sales team by tracking, consolidating, and managing short-term and long-term sales data on a weekly basis
- Take ownership of regional lead generation tracking, management, and systematic operations, including pipeline management
- Analyze sales pipeline data, identify gaps, and support regional leaders in developing recovery plans
- Assist in strategic account planning through data analysis and insights
- Manage weekly sales reporting, planning, and operational processes
- Support internal initiatives and programs aimed at driving revenue growth
- Assist in establishing and optimizing sales policies, processes, and cadence, ensuring adoption and compliance across regional teams
- Implement and support new tools and technologies to enhance sales productivity
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and systems to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- Act as a liaison between regional sales teams and HQ sales management
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sales operations, sales support, or data analysis
- Strong analytical and organizational skills with solid commercial awareness
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); SQL knowledge is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Independent, self-driven, and accountable for deliverables
- Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines
- Fluency in Chinese, English, and German is required
