Job Description
The Sales Operations & Performance Specialist plays a critical role in enabling the effectiveness, consistency, and performance of Marcon’s Sales & Leasing operations. This role supports the systems, processes, and environments that underpin customer-facing activities, ensuring that sales programs operate smoothly and deliver a high-quality experience.
Working closely with Sales & Leasing teams, this role ensures CRM data integrity, supports operational readiness across presentation environments, and delivers reliable performance insights to leadership. The position is central to maintaining disciplined execution, improving system adoption, and supporting continuous improvement across active projects.

The Opportunity
In this role, you will directly influence the consistency and quality of sales and leasing execution across multiple projects. By ensuring systems are used effectively, data remains accurate, and reporting provides clear insight, you enable stronger decision-making and operational discipline.
Success in this role comes from maintaining high standards across both physical and digital sales environments, supporting teams with the tools and processes they need to perform, and identifying opportunities to improve workflows and efficiency. Your work will contribute to a more structured, scalable, and insight-driven sales operation.
What You Bring
You bring experience supporting sales operations, real estate operations, or a similar environment, with a strong foundation in CRM systems and performance reporting tools. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data, systems, and cross-functional coordination.
You are able to work independently while managing multiple priorities, and you take a structured approach to problem-solving and execution. Your ability to maintain accuracy, support operational processes, and communicate effectively makes you a reliable contributor to team success.
A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are required to support site visits across the Lower Mainland.
