We are hiring a hands-on GTM leader who operates at an AI-native level. This role is for someone who has moved beyond using AI tools and is actively:
- Building workflows
- Automating execution
- Designing systems that scale output
You will own rebrand, pipeline generation, and GTM execution, while building an AI-driven growth engine across multiple business lines.
What You’ll Do - Lead GTM strategy and execute hands-on
- Build AI-powered workflows for:
- Content generation
- Campaign execution
- Lead generation
- Design multi-step pipelines (AI + tools like HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
- Own pipeline creation and growth metrics
- Drive AMSYS rebrand and positioning
- Build repeatable GTM systems others can use
Must-Have (Strict Filter) - Proven experience building AI-driven workflows (not just using tools)
- Hands-on experience integrating AI into daily marketing or GTM execution
- Ability to explain:
- What you built
- What broke
- How you improved it
- Experience with automation tools (Zapier, APIs, workflows, etc.)
- Track record of driving pipeline, growth, or measurable outcomes
Nice to Have
- Built internal tools, automations, or agents
- Experience in IT services / SaaS / B2B growth
- Exposure to multi-entity or holding company environments
