As CFO, you will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic financial direction, oversight, and insight to support critical business decisions. You’ll lead all aspects of financial operations—from planning and reporting to compliance and capital strategy—while ensuring strong internal controls and sustainable growth.

🔑 What You’ll Do
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across GRTI and affiliates
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, Part 32, and regulatory requirements (FCC, RUS, NECA)
• Safeguard company assets through strong financial controls and audit practices
• Provide strategic insights and financial analysis to the CEO and Board of Directors
• Oversee accounting, treasury, tax reporting, and financial systems
• Drive business performance through data-driven decision-making and proactive analysis
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
• Manage audits, regulatory reporting, and stakeholder communications
• Support M&A activity, investor relations, and long-term growth initiatives

🧠 What You Bring
• 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
• Strong background in accounting, financial strategy, and regulatory compliance
• Experience in telecommunications or similar regulated industries preferred
• Deep knowledge of GAAP, Part 32, and tax regulations
• Proven leadership in team development and cross-functional collaboration
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategy
• Experience with SaaS revenue models, M&A, or investor relations is a plus
• CPA or advanced degree preferred
