Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end marketing-to-sales funnel, ensuring accurate tracking of lifecycle stages and maintaining a single source across HubSpot and Salesforce.
- Lead the launch of a new outsourced SDR function in September by defining workflows, lead routing, task automation, and KPIs to ensure the team is ready for high performance outbound activity.
- Develop the data layer for targeting precision. You will build target account lists and use tools like Clay to enrich data, ensuring sales efforts are focused on high value opportunities.
- Analyse campaign performance and lead quality to provide clear reporting on marketing-influenced revenue and pipeline contribution.
- Act as the operational bridge between internal marketing and sales teams, as well as external partners, to ensure seamless lead follow-up and feedback loops.
