Key Responsibilities
- Provide analytical and operational support to the Deal Desk, including pricing analysis, contract review support, and renewal modeling.
- Support renewals and commission processes that are currently highly manual; identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve accuracy and turnaround time.
- Develop advanced financial models, including forecasting, scenario analysis, and commercial modeling, to support business decision‑making.
- Deliver clear and actionable financial reporting and insights to commercial, finance, and leadership stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams and external consultants during periods of process redesign and process improvement.
- Help stabilize core finance operations during a critical transition phase, ensuring continuity while longer‑term solutions are implemented.
- Assist with budgeting, variance analysis, and ad hoc financial analysis as needed.
- Support data integrity efforts across CRM systems, financial systems, and reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years experience in financial analysis, financial reporting, and financial modeling.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Analytics.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Deal Desk, renewals, commissions, or commercial finance functions.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and complex formulas; ability to work efficiently in data‑heavy, manual environments.
- Proven ability to bring structure, documentation, and clarity to loosely defined or evolving workflows.
- Experience with pricing analysis and commercial decision support.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richardson, TX.
Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56.00 - $90.00/hr.
