What You’ll Actually Do (Real Work)
- Track daily activities of the sales team and ensure accountability
- Coordinate between sales executives and licensed insurance agents
- Manage lead flow, assignments, and follow-ups
- Maintain sales data, reports, and performance dashboards
- Communicate updates, targets, and instructions to the sales team
- Work with marketing, IT, and SEO teams to support operations
- Maintain documents, records, and internal systems
- Identify gaps in processes and suggest improvements.
What We’re Looking For
- Someone highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (you’ll talk to multiple teams daily)
- Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets regularly
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Problem-solver mindset (not just task follower)
Preferred (Bonus)
- Experience in insurance / sales operations
- Experience with CRM or lead management
- Startup or multi-role experience
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 45 per week
