Eco Lighting & Electrical is a hybrid electrical wholesaler and contractor looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused team member to support inside sales, operations, and administrative functions.
About the Role
This is a hands-on, multi-functional role that combines:
- Customer service and inside sales
- Order processing and administration
- CRM management and follow-ups
- Light sales outreach and marketing support
This is a hands-on role focused on day-to-day execution, not oversight. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for completing tasks accurately and following them through to completion.
This is not an entry-level position — we are looking for someone who:
- Works independently and takes ownership
- Maintains a high level of accuracy
- Is proactive in learning systems, products, and processes
- Is comfortable interacting with customers and supporting sales
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Inside Sales
- Support walk-in and phone/email customers
- Answer product questions and recommend solutions
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and complete sales
- Build relationships with repeat customers
Administrative & Operational Support
- Enter and manage orders, customers, and data in:
- Cin7
- HubSpot
- QuickBooks Online
- Jobber
- Maintain accurate records, pricing, and product data
- Process invoices, packing slips, and documentation
- Support online order fulfillment
Operations & Follow-Through
- Maintain ownership of tasks from start to finish, including follow-up and completion
- Track orders, customer requests, and internal tasks to ensure nothing is missed
- Work collaboratively with the team while retaining responsibility for assigned work
Sales Support & Outreach
- Follow up on quotes, leads, and customer requests
- Support basic sales outreach activities
- Help maintain customer relationships through CRM tracking
- Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement
Marketing Support
- Assist with email campaigns, promotions, and CRM outreach
- Maintain organized and accurate customer data
- Support ongoing improvements to sales and marketing processes

Qualifications
- 2–5+ years experience in:
- Administrative / operations roles
- Customer service or inside sales
- Experience in wholesale, distribution, or construction-related industries is an assetPreferred (but not required):
- Experience with:
- Cin7
- HubSpot
- QuickBooks Online
- Jobber
- Background in sales support, CRM, or marketing
- Degree or diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Accounting

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
