The Position
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic financial leadership to support The Bridge’s financial sustainability, performance and governance. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the role leads the organisation’s financial strategy and oversees budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, financial reporting and systems, ensuring accurate, timely and compliant financial information to support decision‑making at executive and Board level.
Reporting to the CEO, and as a key member of the executive team, the CFO acts as a trusted adviser to the CEO, Board and Finance, Audit and Investment Committees, providing clear commercial insight, risk management oversight and long‑term financial planning. The role leads and supports a high‑performing finance function, ensures fit‑for‑purpose systems and controls, and partners with leaders across the organisation to strengthen financial capability, accountability and operational outcomes in a not‑for‑profit environment.
