We are looking for a proactive 'Business Operations Intern' to support vendor management, CRM execution, and project coordination for rooftop solar projects. This role combines fieldwork (vendor visits) with operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Vendor Sourcing & Management:
- Identify and connect with vendors (fabricators, electrical contractors, installation teams)
- Visit vendors across Mumbai to assess capabilities and build relationships
- Maintain a strong vendor network
- CRM & Data Management:
- Update leads, vendors, and project details in CRM
- Track follow-ups and onboarding stages
- Project Coordination:
- Assist in tracking ongoing projects
- Coordinate between internal teams
- Process & Execution Support:
- Help streamline operations and document SOPs
