Overview
We are a growing construction and renovation company looking for a highly organized, fast-paced Sales Coordinator to keep both sales and projects moving.
This role ensures no leads, quotes, or jobs fall through the cracks.
Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound leads (calls, texts, web)
- Enter and track all leads in CRM
- Schedule estimates for sales team
- Track quotes and ensure consistent follow-up
- Keep pipeline organized and up to date
- Communicate with clients on scheduling and status
- Coordinate with project manager on job scheduling
- Order materials (primarily through Home Depot account)
- Track job progress and flag delays or issues
- Ensure smooth communication between sales, clients, and field team
What We’re Looking For
- Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communicator (phone, text, email)
- Proactive with follow-up
- Comfortable managing multiple moving parts
Preferred Experience
- CRM systems (HubSpot, Jobber, Buildertrend, etc.)
- Sales support, scheduling, or coordination roles
- Construction or home services industry
