This role involves managing client orders, coordinating with vendors, maintaining inventory, generating sales reports, and supporting business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong communication skills with organizational and analytical abilities to ensure smooth operations and contribute to revenue expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Communication: Speak with clients to understand requirements, manage orders, and ensure timely delivery.
- Vendor Coordination: Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors across PAN India.
- Order & Inventory Management: Track inventory, oversee order processing, and ensure supply chain efficiency.
- Sales Support: Assist in lead generation, develop new sales methods, and maximize conversions.
- Reporting: Generate weekly reports on sales, leads, and operational performance.
- Data Analysis: Evaluate sales and operational data to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Business Growth: Identify opportunities to expand market presence and support revenue targets.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Task Tracking: Maintain structured logs of tasks with status updates (Pending, In Progress, Completed) for weekly reviews.
Qualifications
