About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Operations Manager with a strong sales background to oversee daily business operations, drive efficiency, and lead our sales team to achieve organizational goals in the Regina territory and its environs. Our preferred candidate will combine operational expertise with proven sales experience to ensure a seamless coordination across departments while fostering a high-performance culture.
This individual will be responsible for transforming the territory into a sustainable profit-making center, ensuring strong revenue growth, cost control, and operational excellence.
An MBA is preferred, along with excellent communication skills, a dynamic personality, and strong leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire sales funnel from lead generation to deal completion, working to make the process as efficient as possible.
- Delivering accurate and actionable business insights that enable decision-making and performance improvements.
- Oversee and manage daily operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve business and sales objectives.
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Drive sales growth by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales team.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and production metrics to identify underperformance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Creating and managing automation tools to increase sales process efficiency
- Focus on the retention and development of Customers and Employees in Regina and its environment.
- Manage the respective teams under your supervision to ensure appropriate KPI's are in place and that they are aligned with the employee’s goals and objectives.
- Support the sales team by ensuring efficient operations, and will be involved in interviewing, training, and onboarding sales hires.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience in operations management with a proven sales track record.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
