CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER (CRO) – SALES & STRATEGY
Location: Remote / Work From Home
Compensation: ₹50,000/month (Fixed) + Aggressive Performance-Linked Incentives
This is a pure revenue ownership role.
We are not hiring a symbolic CXO. We are hiring a frontline revenue driver who can sell, negotiate, and close high-ticket deals independently.
If you are not actively closing business, this role will not work.
Core Objective
To build, drive, and scale revenue across multiple business verticals through direct sales, partnerships, and sponsorship monetization.
Key Responsibilities1. Revenue Ownership
· Drive end-to-end monetization across:
o Conferences & Conclaves
o Business Awards & Recognition Platforms
o CEO & Leadership Networking Programs
o Expo & Exhibition Properties
· Own and deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
2. High-Value Deal Closures
· Personally close deals ranging from ₹1,00,000 to ₹10,00,000+
· Lead negotiations with CXOs, founders, investors, and decision-makers
· Convert warm and cold opportunities into revenue
3. Sponsorship & Pricing Strategy
· Design and optimize high-conversion sponsorship packages
· Build structured pricing models for different segments
· Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across offerings
4. Pipeline & Performance Management
· Build and maintain a strong, predictable sales pipeline
· Track:
o Daily outreach
o Conversion ratios
o Revenue inflow
· Ensure consistent movement from lead → meeting → closure
5. Team Revenue Leadership
· Guide Program Managers on:
o Pitch positioning
o Deal structuring
o Revenue conversion strategies
· Drive accountability and performance culture within the team
Who Should Apply
· 4–10+ years experience in:
o B2B Sales
o Sponsorship Sales
o Business Development
· Demonstrated track record of closing high-ticket deals
· Strong negotiation and commercial acumen
· Comfortable operating in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
· Self-starter with zero dependency mindset
Performance Benchmarks (Non-Negotiable)
· Pipeline Creation: Within 7–10 days of joining
· First Closures: Within 15–30 days
· Revenue Contribution: ₹20L – ₹50L+ per month (scalable based on performance)
Compensation & Incentives
· Fixed Salary: ₹50,000/month
· Incentives:
o 5% on self-closed revenue
o 2% override on team revenue
· Milestone Bonuses: For exceeding revenue thresholds
· No Upper Cap on earning potential for high performers
