About the role
You join a Business Banking payments team responsible for driving adoption and performance of payment acceptance solutions. You lead end-to-end go to market delivery, from planning through launch and ongoing optimisation. You work closely with product, sales, marketing, pricing, and analytics to ensure propositions land with the right customers through the right channels. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role in a complex enterprise environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end go to market plans for payment acceptance propositions
- Translate product roadmaps into clear customer propositions
- Define target segments, messaging, and channel approach
- Lead launches across digital, sales-led, and partner channels
- Coordinate multiple streams of work across product and delivery teams
- Track adoption, usage, and commercial performance
- Optimise propositions post-launch based on data and insight
- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines
Skills you bring
- Strong go to market experience in banking, payments, fintech, or complex products
- Experience launching or scaling propositions in market
- Commercial mindset with strong performance focus
- Confident senior stakeholder engagement
- Comfortable working in structured, regulated environments
- Able to manage multiple initiatives in parallel
