The Sales Operations Executive supports the sales team in managing infrastructure and data centre solutions for organizations operating in the gold ecosystem (refineries, bullion traders, jewellery enterprises). The role ensures smooth execution of sales processes, coordination with technical teams, and efficient handling of client requirements related to IT infrastructure, hosting, and data solutions.
Responsibilities:
Sales Operations Executive – Infrastructure & Data Centre
- Managed end-to-end sales operations including lead tracking, proposals, and order closure
- Prepared quotations for IT infrastructure solutions (servers, storage, cloud, data centre services)
- Coordinated with technical teams for solution design, deployment, and client onboarding
- Maintained CRM data, tracked sales pipeline, and monitored contract lifecycle
- Handled client communication for requirements, pricing, and post-sales support
- Liaised with vendors/OEMs for procurement, pricing, and product availability
- Generated MIS reports on sales performance, forecasting, and revenue tracking
- Ensured smooth execution of orders, renewals, and service coordination.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
