We are a growing healthcare technology company building AI-enabled medical imaging software, core lab analysis tools, and clinical technology services for medical imaging and clinical care environments.
Our team includes experienced clinicians, scientists, engineers, and healthcare operators. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and execution-oriented Business Operations & Marketing Manager to drive company operations, customer engagement, marketing initiatives, conferences, and operational scaling as we grow.
This is a highly cross-functional role with broad exposure across operations, customer interactions, product coordination, conferences, marketing, business development support, and healthcare operations. The ideal candidate enjoys building structure in fast-moving environments, solving problems directly, and driving execution across teams.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to become a key operational driver within a growing healthcare AI company and work closely with leadership across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage operational execution across company, product, and customer initiatives
- Build and maintain project plans, operational trackers, timelines, and workflows
- Drive organizational execution across key business, marketing, customer, and operational initiatives
- Manage conference planning, trade show logistics, webinars, and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate customer onboarding, demo scheduling, lead tracking, and follow-up activities
- Organize customer outreach activities and business development workflows
- Prepare presentations, marketing materials, proposals, and customer-facing documents
- Work directly with founders to prioritize and execute operational and growth initiatives
- Improve internal processes, communication workflows, and organizational systems
- Track projects, priorities, and operational workflows
- Coordinate with vendors, external partners, and operational stakeholders
- Coordinate junior operations support staff and contractors
- Identify bottlenecks and proactively drive solutions in a fast-changing environment
- Support software testing, workflow validation, and product feedback activities when needed
- Support documentation and operational coordination related to quality, regulatory, and compliance workflows
Qualifications
- 4–8+ years of experience in business operations, healthcare operations, marketing operations, project management, digital health, biotech, medical technology, or related environments
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and drive execution
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with evolving responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects and operational workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare technology, medical imaging , cardiovascular CT, medical device, digital health, biotech, or other regulated healthcare environments
- Experience supporting conferences, customer onboarding, marketing coordination, or operational growth initiatives
- Experience supporting customer-facing activities, presentations, demos, or workflow testing
- Familiarity with medical regulatory, compliance, QMS, or documentation-driven operational processes
- Experience or familiarity with medical imaging, cardiology, cardiovascular workflows, CT imaging, or clinical operations is strongly preferred
- Ability to provide product, workflow, and user interface feedback based on customer interactions and internal testing is a plus
