Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced and driven Chief Sales Officer to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, strategic planning, and team management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Identify new business opportunities and drive growth
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions
Requirements:
- 15+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with ability to drive business growth
- Experience in FMCG/ relevant industry preferred
