Key Responsibilities
Client & Relationship Management
* Conduct professional discovery conversations with prospective clients
* Support individuals through a structured consultation and decision-making process
* Build authentic, long-term professional relationships grounded in trust and integrity
Business Development
* Engage with inbound and warm leads across digital platforms
* Support outreach and visibility initiatives aligned with company values
* Maintain high standards of communication and follow-up
Operations & Leadership
* Manage workflows and client engagement processes using digital systems and CRM tools
* Participate in leadership, communication, and business development training
* Collaborate with the wider consulting network in strategy and growth sessions
