Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Gormly, ON. The CFO will oversee financial planning, reporting, and strategy to drive the company’s financial health and growth. Responsibilities include managing financial statements, monitoring budgets, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The CFO will work closely with other leaders to develop strategies that align with the company's objectives and long-term goals, while effectively communicating financial insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Planning and Financial Statements
- Strong skills in Financial Reporting and Analytical problem-solving
- Experience in general Finance operations and strategy
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Bachelor’sa degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (CPA or MBA is an asset)
- Experience in the construction or contracting industry is an advantage
- working on getting a CA
