Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive coordinator who will act as the central bridge between Business Development, Sales, Operations, and Clients. This role is critical to ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and high client satisfaction across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Cross-Functional Coordination
- Act as the single point of coordination between BD, Sales, and Operations teams
- Translate client requirements into clear internal execution plans
- Ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and scope across teams
2. Client Communication & Management
- Serve as the primary coordination contact for clients post-deal closure
- Manage client expectations on timelines, deliverables, and updates
- Proactively communicate progress, delays, and issue resolutions
3. Project Tracking & Execution
- Track all ongoing projects from kickoff to closure
- Maintain project trackers (timelines, status, dependencies, risks)
- Ensure field teams and operations adhere to committed schedules
4. Order & Workflow Management
- Coordinate post-PO processes: project initiation, team allocation, and scheduling
- Ensure smooth handover from Sales/BD to Operations
- Monitor execution readiness (permits, resources, logistics, etc.)
5. Issue Resolution & Escalation
- Identify bottlenecks early and drive resolution across teams
- Escalate critical issues to leadership with context and solutions
- Maintain accountability across stakeholders
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare daily/weekly status reports for internal and client review
- Maintain documentation for all projects, communications, and deliverables
- Support MIS and performance tracking across departments
Key Skills & Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in coordination / project management / operations role
- Strong communication skills (client-facing experience preferred)
- High ownership and ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
- Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, execution-driven environments
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; familiarity with project tools is a plus
Preferred Background
- Experience in infrastructure, renewables, drone operations, or field-heavy industries
- Exposure to B2B client handling and project execution environments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
