Job Summary

Highbrow Interactive is looking for a highly analytical Business Analyst to support leadership in evaluating business opportunities and making data-driven strategic decisions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing projects, preparing business cases, and assessing financial and operational impacts across various initiatives in the gaming and simulation industry.

Responsibilities

Evaluate new projects, partnerships, and opportunities for financial feasibility and business impact.
Prepare business cases, cost analysis, and revenue projections.
Review proposals and agreements to understand financial commitments and operational risks.
Track key business metrics such as revenue, costs, margins, EBITDA, and project ROI.
Conduct market and competitor research within the gaming, VR, and simulation sectors.
Create presentations, proposals, and solution decks for internal and client discussions.
Support leadership during client meetings, pitches, and partnership discussions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of financial accounting and accounting principles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint / Google Slides.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to evaluate business decisions from financial and strategic perspectives.
Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
