Debco is seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Coordinator to support our sales team and distributor network. This role plays a critical part in managing promo product programs, distributor relationships, trade shows, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Operations
- Act as the central support hub for the Director of Sales, Business Development Managers, Sales Team, and MLR team. You are the directional hub of the Debco sales team
- Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support across all sales activities (Director of Sales, Business Development Managers, Sales team and MLRs)
- Main point of internal contact between sister HPG companies and Debco
- Manage product sourcing requests and respond to sales team inquiries
- Coordinate pricing, quotes, and contracts for promotional product programs
- Generate and maintain sales reports using NetSuite (CRM/ERP); ensure data accuracy across accounts
- Coordinate product samples, self-promotions, and client-facing materials
- Partner with Marketing to align on campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives
- Plan and execute logistics for 24+ trade shows annually, including shipping, booth materials, and coordination
- Manage biannual sample kits for clients
- Coordinate self-promotion orders for the Canadian MLR team
- Maintain showroom with current promotional products and branded merchandise
- Administer, track and maintain Debco incentive programs
- Provide cross-functional support as needed
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors
- Ensure distributors are up to date on new Debco products, promotions, and programs
- Coordinate and distribute marketing materials and product information to partners
- Lead and manage the Debco Delegates Incentives Program
- Participate in national and regional trade shows within the promotional products industry
- Handle inbound inquiries from clients, providing timely and professional support
- Assist with ongoing account management and customer service initiatives
What You Bring
- Experience in sales operations, coordination, or account management.
- A natural ability to juggle priorities and stay organized in a high-energy environment.
- Strong communication skills and a relationship-first mindset.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented approach—you anticipate needs before they arise.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience is an asset.
- Promotional products industry experience is a bonus.

Working Conditions
- In-office Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional overtime.
- Primarily desk-based with extended computer use.
- Ability to lift up to 15lbs
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
