The Opportunity
As a Business Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless running of global operations. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across international teams, support consultants, and drive operational excellence across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver operational processes, ensuring compliance and consistency
- Coordinate and manage global office operations across multiple locations
- Lead operational projects end-to-end—from scoping through to execution
- Manage internal systems, including the company file server
- Act as the key point of contact for IT and telecoms providers
- Oversee client review processes and support seamless client delivery
- Partner with HR on onboarding/offboarding processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation i
