This role will serve as the critical link between Sales, Operations, Finance, Order Processing, and the Walmart/Sam’s Club teams, ensuring flawless execution, real‑time issue resolution, stronger internal alignment, and scalable processes that match the size and complexity of our business.
The National Account Sales Operations Manager (Walmart/Sam’s Club) will directly support Walmart and Sam’s Club by driving operational excellence, ensuring execution accuracy, and strengthening the connection between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer teams.

Core Responsibilities:
Customer Support & Relationship Management
- Maintain close partnership with Walmart and Sam’s Club replenishment and planning teams, drive weekly Collaborative Planning Forecasting Replenishment (CPFR) meetings across all categories
- Provide real‑time issue identification and resolution
- Ensure alignment on forecasts, inventory, promotional cadence, and long‑term planning
- Develop strategic and operational plans, manage execution, measure, and deliver results to meet or exceed Sales goals
Operational Support
- Oversee item setup accuracy, replenishment flow, forecasting, OTIF performance, and promotional execution
- Translate customer plans into aligned internal actions across Operations, Finance, and Order Processing
- Monitor compliance, routing, PO accuracy, and service-level performance
- Track KPIs, build reporting tools, and lead weekly execution rhythms
Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Serve as the coordination hub between Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Operations for Walmart/Sam's Club
- Lead issue escalation and resolution to prevent service failures, deductions, and out‑of‑stocks
- Drive task‑force initiatives to improve planning, replenishment, and profitability
Data, Reporting & Insights
- Create clear, actionable insights for leadership from demand, supply, and financial data
- Consolidate reports into business‑ready dashboards, and present to leadership regularly
- Track progress toward KPIs, including OTIF, In-Stock %, and Vendor Scorecard Metrics and identify and resolve potential risks
Process Improvement
- Standardize and scale sales processes, best practices, and operational workflows tailored to Walmart / Sam's Club business rhythms
- Improve systems and tools supporting forecasts, deductions, promotions, and supply performance at Walmart / Sam’s Club
Additional sales support responsibilities as needed
- Provide operational support across additional sales accounts
Qualifications & Skills:
- 7-10 years experience in a sales operations, account management, sales support or similar role
- Prior experience supporting Walmart account required
- Experience with the following systems: SAP, Retail Link, Luminate (Retail Link Analytics Suite), Item 360, Nova, SQEP
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a proven track record of multi-tasking in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter, disciplined, solution-oriented with a strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating an ability to work effectively across different levels and departments within the organization
- Bi-weekly visits to Walmart office based in Bentonville, AR
- At minimum quarterly travel to New Jersey (North American HQ Office)
Salary Range: $115,000-$135,000
