We are looking for a Strategic Advisor, Go-to-Market & Partnerships to support Klevian’s early market development, HR-tech positioning, partnership strategy, and customer discovery across the recruiting and talent acquisition ecosystem.
This is an executive-level advisory opportunity for someone with experience in HR technology, recruiting, talent acquisition, B2B SaaS, AI adoption, strategic partnerships, or early-stage go-to-market strategy.

Our platform is focused on structured AI interviews, candidate evidence, recruiter-controlled workflows, and human-led hiring decisions.
What You’ll Help With
- Shape Klevian’s early go-to-market strategy
- Identify high-potential customer segments across HR, recruiting, staffing, and talent acquisition
- Advise on product positioning for an AI interview platform
- Support early customer discovery and pilot conversations
- Help define partnership opportunities across HR tech, recruiting, staffing, and startup ecosystems
- Provide strategic guidance on executive messaging and market-facing content
- Introduce Klevian to relevant HR leaders, recruiters, founders, operators, or potential partners where appropriate
- Translate market feedback into product, growth, and partnership priorities
Ideal Profile
We are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in HR technology, recruiting, talent acquisition, B2B SaaS, AI, or workforce technology
- Strong understanding of how companies screen, interview, and shortlist candidates
- Experience with partnerships, customer discovery, GTM strategy, or early-stage growth
- A network across HR, recruiting, staffing, startups, or business leadership
- Executive-level communication and judgment
- Interest in responsible AI, candidate experience, and human-led hiring
- Comfort working with an early-stage company
Nice to Have
- Previous advisory, fractional executive, founder, or startup leadership experience
- Experience selling or positioning B2B SaaS products
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, recruiting software, interview tools, or staffing workflows
- Existing relationships with HR leaders, recruiters, staffing firms, or people teams
