Job Title: Process Compliance Manager (Business Operations)

Role Objective
The Process Compliance Manager will be responsible for strengthening end-to-end process
governance across the organization. The role focuses on improving SLA adherence, ensuring
SOP compliance, driving operational discipline, and enabling seamless coordination across
Sales, Delivery, Operations, HR, and Finance.
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and continuously improve SOPs across business functions
Monitor SLA adherence and ensure timely escalation of deviations with corrective
action plans
Conduct regular process audits to ensure compliance and operational discipline
Build and maintain dashboards for operational visibility and performance tracking
Drive cross-functional coordination between Sales, Delivery, HR, Finance, and
Operations
Identify process gaps and implement efficiency improvements and standardization
Support escalation management and ensure timely resolution of operational issues
Maintain updated documentation of workflows, policies, and governance frameworks
Provide MIS reports and insights to leadership for decision-making
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong experience in business operations, PMO, process governance, or compliance
roles
Deep understanding of SLA/KPI tracking and operational reporting
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools (dashboards, MIS)
Ability to drive accountability and structured execution in fast-paced environments
Preferred Background
Experience in B2B services, outsourcing, lead generation, or operations-heavy
organizations
Exposure to scaling environments with evolving processes and structures
Experience in process improvement, audits, or delivery governance roles
