We operate across high-demand service verticals including Kitchen Duct Cleaning, Air Duct Cleaning, HVAC O&M, Technical Manpower, Housekeeping, Facade Cleaning, Fire & Ansul Systems, Kitchen Equipment Services, and other specialized facility management solutions.
As we scale towards the next phase of growth, we are looking for a sharp, structured, execution-driven Business Operations Manager who can bring process, visibility, accountability, and control across the organization.
Role Overview
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building order in a fast-moving business environment.
The Business Operations Manager will work closely with the Founder and department heads to convert daily business chaos into structured execution. The role will act as the company’s internal control tower ensuring that Sales, Operations, HR, Accounts, and Client Coordination work with clear processes, dashboards, ownership, timelines, and follow-ups.
This is not a routine admin role. This is a business-critical role for someone who can think like an operator, execute like a project manager, and follow up like an owner.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build Business Processes That Actually Work
Create and implement practical SOPs, trackers, checklists, escalation matrices, and review systems across departments.
Identify gaps in current workflows and convert them into simple, repeatable, and trackable processes.
Ensure teams move away from person-dependent working and start operating with clear ownership and deadlines.
2. Act as the Company’s Execution Control Tower
Track key business activities across Operations, Sales, HR, Accounts, and Client Coordination.
Monitor open tasks, delayed actions, service schedules, job closures, pending reports, billing readiness, hiring status, complaints, and escalations.
Ensure nothing important gets missed, delayed, forgotten, or stuck between departments.
3. Drive Operations Discipline
Work closely with the operations team to track daily and weekly service execution across multiple verticals.
Ensure job schedules, client commitments, vendor coordination, service completion, before-after photos, job completion reports, certificates, and billing handovers are completed on time.
Highlight repeated gaps, delays, client issues, vendor failures, and team dependency problems to leadership.
4. Create Management Dashboards & MIS
Prepare sharp daily, weekly, and monthly MIS for leadership.
Build dashboards for business reviews, including operations performance, sales pipeline movement, hiring status, client escalations, pending billing, collections, and department-wise task closure.
Create one clear source of truth for management decision-making.
5. Run Weekly Reviews & Follow Through
Plan and conduct structured weekly review meetings with department heads.
Capture action points, assign ownership, define timelines, and follow up until closure.
Ensure meetings result in execution, not just discussion.
6. Reduce Founder Dependency
Convert founder instructions into clear action plans, trackers, owners, and timelines.
Follow up with teams on critical priorities and ensure leadership gets clear visibility without chasing every small task.
Help the Founder focus more on growth, strategy, clients, and leadership instead of daily firefighting.
7. Improve Cross-Department Coordination
Ensure smooth handover from Sales to Operations.
Ensure completed jobs move correctly from Operations to Accounts for billing.
Ensure hiring requirements are clearly tracked with HR.
Ensure client commitments, complaints, reports, and escalations are owned and closed.
What Success Looks Like
Within 30 days, you understand the business, current gaps, team structure, workflows, and major operational bottlenecks.
Within 60 days, you implement daily trackers, weekly reviews, MIS formats, escalation systems, and department-wise ownership.
Within 90 days, Accordible should have stronger visibility, better follow-up discipline, fewer missed tasks, faster reporting, improved billing readiness, and reduced founder dependency.

3 to 7 years of experience in Business Operations, PMO, Founder’s Office, Operations Excellence, Service Operations, or Process Management.
Experience in facility management, hospitality, HVAC, MEP, manpower services, logistics, technical services, or multi-location service businesses will be preferred.
Strong command over Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to build dashboards, trackers, SOPs, review formats, and reporting systems.
Strong follow-up discipline and ownership mindset.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-led company.
Ability to work with sales, operations, HR, accounts, field teams, vendors, and leadership.
Should be assertive, structured, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
