Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives from planning through execution
- Develop and maintain operational processes, documentation, policies, and reporting frameworks
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Manage budgets, forecasting, vendor relationships, and operational expenditures
- Build dashboards, reporting tools, and metrics to support data-driven decision making
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and operational efficiencies
- Partner with stakeholders across multiple departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of business objectives
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and recommendations
- Support organizational change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts
- Assist in evaluating and implementing emerging technologies, including AI-driven tools and solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Project Management, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, business management, finance, consulting, audit, compliance, or a related discipline
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing budgets, financial reporting, and vendor relationships
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across multiple teams
- Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Experience developing KPIs, dashboards, and operational reporting
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
