About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Sales Operations Executive to support our sales team through data-driven insights, CRM management, and performance reporting. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between data and strategy, ensuring the sales function runs efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Generate, track, and analyse sales reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs, pipeline status, and team performance.
- Create visual reports and insights using Power BI or Tableau to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to ensure alignment of data and reporting metrics.
- Identify gaps or inefficiencies in sales processes and suggest data-driven improvements.
- Support sales forecasting, target tracking, and performance analysis.
- Ensure timely preparation and distribution of weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
- Work closely with leadership to provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Help in building quotations and customer presentations for sales opportunities.
- Build automation around CRM and sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Control and maintain all customer data related to sales, ensuring proper documentation, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analysis, or Reporting roles.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, etc.).
- Strong hands-on experience with Power BI or Tableau for data visualization.
- Excellent command of Excel/Google Sheets for advanced reporting and data analysis.
- Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally.
