Role Description
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at ABS FOODS LIMITED will lead all financial strategy, planning, and control activities for the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Ahmedabad and involves overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management, as well as monitoring financial performance against strategic goals. The CFO will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulations, and timely submission. The role includes partnering with senior leadership on business decisions, evaluating investments, managing risk, and optimizing capital structure. The CFO will also lead and develop the finance team, implement robust financial processes and systems, and support cost optimization and profitability initiatives.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Finance and Financial Planning skills to develop budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial strategies.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Financial Statements and Financial Reporting to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely reporting.
- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, assess business performance, and support decision-making.
- Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, preferably as CFO or equivalent in manufacturing or FMCG, is highly beneficial.
- Professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, CMA, or an MBA in Finance are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop finance teams, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and drive process improvements.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, regulatory compliance, internal controls, and ERP or financial systems is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad.
